Dependable and Trustworthy. The electrician was very professional and nice. I needed a jack installed for my Uverse, and he knew exactly what needed to be done, and did it efficiently.

Incredibly overpriced good service. They have highly professional service reps. Quoted me $2,500 to replace my 200A pannel. Next 2 quotes were both exactly $700. I am going with someone else and they are using the exact same pannel Universal quoted me.

So Wonderful. We were very pleased with the service with recieved with Universal Wiring. You have a great company, and a great employee, Larry. He was very energetic and courteous. The price was told to us upfront, and he made sure to clean up where he worked. I really wish some companies were as professional as them.

Great Work. Eric was thorough in his inspection and assessment of the problem. He was also extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and endlessly patient with all of my questions (even as I interrupted his work with "one more question"). The work was completed then and there, exactly as promised. We cannot say enough good things about the quality of the work provided by this company and their representative, Eric. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone and will not hesitate to call again, however, given the excellent work he did, it may be a while!

quality service. Prompt, friendly, and informative. I have done business with these folks over the years, at first they seemed pricey, but quickly learned that you "quality service" doesn't come cheap. What other companies offer in savings on the front side usually results in short cuts that require re-work, more money on the back side. Universal Wiring gets the job done right the FIRST time and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend these folks!

Amazing Job. We recently had some work done by Eric and as usual, he did an amazing job! We have used Universal Wiring for numerous projects and will continue to do so in the future. We highly recommend Eric to anyone!

Spread the Word!. The electrician was very thorough, took the time to talk with me. He went above and beyond my expectations. It was a terrific experience from beginning to end. I wish all repair companies were as efficeint and professional. Referred them to my neighbors!

Out of this world prices!. Had no electricity to several plugs, called and made appointment so far so good. Then this guy shows up with his little gray book and even before he does anything, tells me I need a new circuit and it will cost

over $1100 dollars. It just gets better! He then tells me

that I need a new breaker box and it will cost over

$1700 dollars! I told him to leave.

I went with another electrical company.

Customer first ? I don't think so.. Talked with their office in detail about partial power outage and they did NOT WANT to tell you upfront that you can SAVE by going to CenterPoint Energy (CPE) first instead of them. We were charged over $300 for the diagnostics.

Yeah it's a business, but I also called Matthews Electrical, Inc. and their master electrician came to our house FREE of charge, looked at the problem inside and out, then advised us to call CPE to diagnose because they can do it for a fee, but CPE can do it either free if problem was they're fault, or charge $45 if the problem turns out to be on the property owner's side. Which company would you prefer ?

Exceptional Job!. I was completely satisfied with how the work was performed. Universal Wiring gave my home the red carpet treatment, the technician even wore shoe coverings! I will be using these guys again and refering my friends.
