Apathetic and Unknowledgable staff.. My boyfriend and I went ring shopping here. It was not a good experience at all. The salespeople seemed bored and were not helpful at all. We were completely unimpressed with the ambiance of the store and attitude of the employees.

DO NOT SHOP AT ROBBINS BROTHERS!. I had a horrible experience at Robbins Brothers (Torrance). My bf bought me a promise ring from this store, just a couple of days later I found a similar ring at another store for more than 1/2 the price. When I politely asked the store's general manager to honor their "best value" guarantee, she acted annoyed and said they could not match the price. She said all she could do was offer me "corporate pricing" (15% off) but that they would REMOVE all the warranties and services that normally come with the ring. Basically, if anything ever went wrong in the future, I could never complain or do anything about it. When I asked for their corporate office phone #, she left the room for almost 30 min. and came back with some lame excuse about why she couldn't give it to me. She instead took my information and said someone would give me a call within 2 days. Needless to say NO ONE ever called me back and this experienced RUINED the good intentions of my bf. I would NEVER ever shop there again nor would I recommend this place. Shop around, you'll find a better deal. As far as their warranties, don't believe anything Robbins Brothers promises (even if it's in writing) THEY'RE ALL LIES!!!

Robbins Brothers has made engagement miserable. Going to Robbins Brothers has been one of the MOST miserable experiences of my life. My fiance and I decided to get my engagement ring there because we wanted a custom ring made with sapphires instead of diamonds and were told Robbin's Brothers could do it. We were treated kindly one time out of the numerous trips we've had to make there. The day after we got engaged, my mother noticed several flaws in the ring, as did a couple of my coworkers. I was very embarrassed about this and took the ring back, only to have something wrong with the ring every time it was given back to me. At one trip back to the store, my fiance had to send the ring back into the jeweler three times before he left the store and it STILL wasn't right. The ring is having to be completely remade because they messed it up so badly. When I asked for a number to their corporate office, I was given a number to a Bus Depot. We finally got a real number to the corporate office and the ring is finally being taken care of, but only after a lot of heartache. We DEFINITELY won't be going there to get our wedding bands. Save yourself the trouble and don't go to Robbins Brothers. Their slogan should be "World's Biggest Heartbreak Store." If it was possible to give this business no stars, I would.

friendly staff. WOW! Me and my fiance just left Robbins Bros. in Willowbrook and we were so impressed. They have SOOO many different styles of rings. Our sales person, Jimieka, really took the time to find my perfect ring. On top of that, they even offer to help with his proposal. AND to help me find wedding places. I'm so glad they came to Texas!
