The owners are........... I know the owner of this spa took a lot of innocent peoples money and I want to help. The owner is Harvelene Reaves but believe she goes by Ann Emert now. Alot of people in Kemah and Seabrook know about her. She HAS NOT opened another SPA so do not mistake other spas in that area for her. I dont know what else I can do but give yall her name.

Any Info???. I also purchased a gift certificate for my mother for mother's day. We are now ripped off as well.

Has anyone found any further information about the owners? Are they attempting to make things right with customers? The gift certificate was expensive and a special treat intended for my mother. How low for these people to run off the way they have. I hope their guilt gets the best of them!

I have a gift certificate too!!!. I have a gift card that will expire Sunday and I will never get to use it. Is there anything we can do to get our money back because they have screwed a lot of people. I don't think this is right because it is like they just stole from us and I want to know if something legally can be done to them for what they did to all of us?

NO REFUND. I got my boss a gift card and now she can't use it. No one will be getting their money back due to the fine print. If you bought the card on the web like I did. The website said NO REFUNDS on gift cards. So, i'm sure there was something in the spa as well. She is not the only person or business that was affected by hurricane IKE. So, she should at least try to make right by this. She was a poor business owner and used IKE and our money to get out from under her problem. Everytime we would call to make an appointment we always had to leave a message. Then we never got a return call. You could never go in as a walk-in because the spa was always closed. I wish I would have saved my money because who calls a business anyways and never talks to a real person. Should have know when I got the run around something like this would happen.

This spa ripped me off too!. I too am stuck with 2 expensive and now useless gift certificates. As others have stated, I also spoke to someone in the fall who said they would be open soon for business. No phone messages were returned when I inquired when they would be reopening. Now the phone is disconnected and the business is GONE. I am so annoyed. I had been there a few times before (as a treat to myself) and the therapists, even the owner, seemed really cool. I was so relaxed after my appointments ans I was excited to go back and use the gift certificates. Aaagggghhhh. I hate getting screwed, by cowards no less. Does anyone know if there is anything we can do to get our money back?

Still Waiting to Hear. OK-my experience with spa has not been good at all! I was given a free massage treatment for showing up for the first time and waiting for over an hour --the therapist that was to do my massage never showed. Along with having another certificated for free massage given by my daughter in law. (never used) I have had one massage at this place it wasn't the best experience I have had at spas. The question that I pose is...has anyone located the owners of this spa? They should be taken to task to repay people for their gift certificates. I want to know how many people are out there that were ripped off by them? I wait for your replies!

Where are the Owners?. Can anyone track the owners? I, too, have a very expensive gift certificate. I'll be glad to help track if the name can be provided. Surely they will re-open!

Business closed and ran out on all clients who have gift certificates. My wife and I went over to where the business was and it is closed! Check the building where they had moved supposedly one street over and nothing there either. So we talked to a business near them (Day Spa) and they indicated they just packed up and left the area. Basically they have ripped off all the clients who bought gift certificates for their business and took off. Wife is not very happy! : -(
