Dont waste your time....never made it past the rude lady at the front desk - Merna!!! What a mean spirited lady! I will spend my time and money elsewhere!

This Spa has incredible service!. Denise is incredible! I recently went to Tangles Retreat Day Spa & Boutique for a massage and facial with Denise Sturgeon. Both were incredible! Denise has a great sense of touch. Her hands moved in a steady rhythm that lulled me into relaxation. Her hands are soft as silk and found knots that I didn't know I had. The facial products had a wonderful fragrance and felt heavenly on my face. The hot towels melted my stress away. She used the perfect amount of pressure in both the massage and facial. When Denise finished I felt like I was floating on a cloud!
