Thoroughness of cleaning varies from visit to visit. Sometimes my home looks great after a cleaning, but other times is appears that only a mild surface cleaning is done. Also, they were not careful with our family pets and one of them almost got out of the house. I came home and surprised the cleaning crew once and was dismayed to find their "list of jobs" was left lying about. The address and security code of their previous and next homes, as well as my own, was on the piece of paper!!

I have been using Molly Maid of Midtown & Galleria for over two years now. I was impressed with Mr. Kirby and his staff from day one and that has continued through today. It has truly been a joy working with Mr. Kirby due to his professionalism and courteousness. The staff has always cleaned my house to perfection. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean house at the end of the day or to have a little extra help cleaning if you are getting ready for a party. I have recommended Mr. Kirby and Molly Maid to many of my friends and they have all been satisfied with his work. He can handle small or large jobs and at a moments notice if needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things and definitely recommend his service.
