I have been a happy client of the Katy location for several years now and couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the product. Management has always been quick to address any issues as they arose. My only problem has been once when the delivery missed my getting home by a few minutes. When I called to complain, the manager was very nice and he ended up making the delivery himself and personally apologized. A lot of times people don't realize how a business operates, when an order is put in by the person who ordered you arrangement, THEY tell the store what time and where to deliver, so when people complain about missed deliveries, please keep that in mind. I've come into the store to pick up an arrangement and see people come in to complain about missing a delivery and get all kinds of free stuff and apologies, and they still leave the place unsatisfied. Some people are impossible to please, but my review is based on the fresh quality of the fruit, the presentation of the arrangements, taste and response when calling with a problem. This place is awesome!

Great gift idea: housewarming, funeral/shiva, gift for the boss, teacher, etc.. I used the Edible Arrangements in Winter Park, FL. They were extremely helpful in determining the right size for my needs. The size I got was even larger than I would have expected. I ordered online, in order to take advantage of a "rare" internet coupon and then picked up the item myself, rather than having it delivered. I was pleasantly surprised with the bouquet and very proud to give it to the recipients, who happened to be my sons' pre-school teachers-for "Teacher's Day". They were so happy with the gift, too! They even found that the "base" of the fruit bouquet was made of a LETTUCE HEAD, which they also ate!! Ha! Who would have thought????

Highly recommended. But, you need to give the store at least 24-48 hours, in busy seasons.

What a great deal!. We had a housewarming party and had one of these arrangements as the centerpiece for our table. It was so juicy and flavorful! It was the perfect addition to our party! All the guests loved it! We highly recommend Edible Arrangements for your next occasion!
