Nice. Thank You for providing EXCELLENT customer service! I hed the pleasure of having your comany come to my home for a ventilation system cleaning & I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism that was involved. You explained the process to us, not knowing that my husband has worked in the heating and air business for several years. Once he explained the procedure, he was quick to start and finish his job!

a real pleasure. Ivan was a real pleasure. He was very polite and took the time to speak to my 5-year-old son when he asked him questions about what he was doing which I thought was great. I was really dreading getting my carpets cleaned before using this company but they were fantastic and exceeded my expectations in every way.

mediocre service. I needed a sofa cleaned as well as my carpets. I looked on City Search and called 3 or 4 places that seemed to have good ratings. To my surprise, at least three of them led back to the same agency. Mundae, City Clean, and Houston Carpet Cleaning and Restoration are all apparently the same company. I made an appointment with them, largely becuase of the reviews and info on the websites for these companies that indicated they were experts in cleaning different types of upholstery and would carefully pick the right method for your fabric. On the plus side, the technicians were on time and were very polite. They did an adequate job on the carpet, but they left it much wetter than other companies have done in the past. They also put down an extra 'deep cleaning' agent without my permission and then said I only had to pay for it if I liked the results. Of course, I have no idea how it would have turned out without the extra spray, and it cost an extra $25 per area. As for the sofa, they really only had two methods--steam cleaning or vaccuming. My fabirc label said not to steam clean, so they vaccummed. I honestly think I could have done just as well on my own. Bottom line, this multi-named company really does not have the expertise or equipment that the websites would lead you to believe. I am disappointed overall and will not call them again.

Editorial Review. Focused on keeping carpets, upholstery, and air ducts fresh, the company also cleans and repairs carpets, draperies, leather, and rugs.
