EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & FLOWERS. I called Delegance Florist at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon looking to get a small arrangement of flowers sent to a nearby restaurant for a special occasion scheduled to start at 7 p.m. that evening. The lady who answered the phone was more than happy to accomodate my last-minute request and promptly asked me for details on what I was looking for in the arrangement. Not only did the flowers arrive to the restaurant on time, but they were knock-out-beautiful! I received a picture of the arrangement from the guests who I set up the occasion for and it was knock-out-beautiful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this florist for anything you may need. They have excellent customer service and some of the most amazing arrangements I have seen in a long time. Way to go y'all, I was most impressed!

Horrible place to get flowers.. Never deliverd flowers, claim they did, now I'm getting the run around to get my money back. Nobody there speaks english worth a damn either. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Awful. When the flowers never arrived the day they promised, I called to ask what was the issue, and they complained that the address was too far and would have to wait until the next day. When I insisted, they arrived at 9:45pm with flowers that looked like they were picked up at the gas station. They lasted a day and had to be thrown out. What a waste of money.

D'Elegance Florist. Not a good choice for floral needs. When my sister did recieve the flowers I sent...they looked as though they had been purchased from Walmart. Not real happy about that especially for $65.00 + and they were very rude when I called to complain. Do not know how in the world they came up with their name. The arrangement was as far from elegant as you could get.

Call someone else, anyone else. They totally blew it! I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers for our aniversary. They were supposed to deliver after 1:00 well they lived up to their promise. They delivered them at 4:00. My wife had already left for the day. I called them to complain and they blaimed it on my wife for leaving early!

Talk about customer service!

Morons!. I tried to set up flowers for my wife every monday. They forgot three out of five weeks, and lied to me about why they didn't send it (one excuse was because it was the only order going downtown). They even had a different florist send flowers once. The arrangements were all pretty similar - nothing special.
