Upscale strip mall spot for steaks, seafood and a festive outdoor patio..
The Scene
One of the more upscale dining options in the South Shore Harbour area, the restaurant's upscale casual decor belies its strip mall locale. Spacious leather banquettes, dark wood accents and seaside accessories add to the country club-like atmosphere. A spacious outdoor patio (off to the side of the restaurant to avoid a parking lot view) is cheerfully lit by white Christmas lights and shrouded in greenery. Service is relaxed but capable.
The Food
The menu focuses on Gulf Coast seafood and steaks. Start with the zesty Marina Bay dip thick with shrimp, crabmeat and creamy cheese. The 8-ounce filet is topped with herb butter and sided by creamed spinach and crisp french fries. Atlantic salmon is lightly seasoned and grilled and served with a choice of sides, including garlic red potatoes and heartily spiced Cuban black beans. Entree-sized salads, hearty burgers and sandwiches round out the menu. A children's menu is available.
