fantastic workout, great instructors. This is not your average yoga. If you want to sweat away your day's worries, this is for you! My spine felt fantastic after all of my sessions.

Be warned: get there early for a good spot; also bring a towel for on top of your yoga mat. You sweat a LOT so make sure you eat salt and hydrate plenty before you go to practice! This is a very rewarding yoga practice. I wish they had student pricing.
