Very professional, but it is clear how they can afford such a nice van and pretty pamphlets. The technician showed up at our house and quoted us nearly $1400 for a water heater to be installed! This was for a basic water heater with a 6 year warranty that sells at a professional plumbers shop for $300! The price was quoted at nearly $1000 with the additional being for installation. In addition, they tried to upsell a water leak sensor for $95 that sells at Home Depot for $12. To add insult to injury, they charged me $40 juse to give me this incredibly high estimate! Be careful, because you will actually have to pay to get quoted to be taken for a ride!!
Pros: Very Professional, Neat looking pamphlets
Cons: Gouging prices, no free estimates!!
