The Scene – Tucked inside a shopping center between Kemah and League City is one of the area's growing number of non-Boardwalk seafood spots. My husband and I had dinner here a few months ago. We love tapas and were eager top try this place. Although most of the tapas were good, they were over-priced. Worst of all, the service was terrible. Will not return.

Phil's is CLOSED

Phil's Place is CLOSED. We drove down that way last weekend, and it is no longer there. However there is a new Italian restaurant opening up in the same strip center: I cannot recall the name of it, off-hand.
