So happy!!! I have been going to this place for a long time and have always had great services. The level of customer service has been better at some times than at others. On my most recent visit I was happy to find exceptional change for the better. All of the staff were extremely nice and truly know how to treat a guest. The facilities have always been second to none here as well as the services themselves. If it has been a while for you, put it back at the top of your list.

Worst Spa in Houston. I had the worst experience of my life in this spa. I wanted to talk to the manager about it, but was told to fill out a comment card. My credit card was charged 25 times. I was outraged. Do not go to this spa! The service was mediocre at best. Worst spa in Houston.

Spa Resort in Houston's backyard.. This is our favorite place to getaway after a long week at work. The facilities are reminiscent of a first class spa resort at the Park Hyatt, not just a few massage treatment rooms behind a hair salon. This is foremost a place to relax. You really are transported to the Italian countryside. You almost forget you are a few blocks from the Galleria. Bathroom facilities are first rate. My only complaint is no vichy shower. My wife and I have paid the $25 daily fee just to relax for a few hours at the outdoor courtyard pool and grotto pool in the basement (yes, they actually managed to put something in a basement in Houston). Massages are very good. My wife did not like her manicure there though the one time she had it done. Its a truly hidden gem and great romantic getaway.

Best girls day ever!. We came here for a bachelorette party. The staff was very helpful. They were very nice to us despite the fact that we made many changes to our reservations and cancelled some appointments the day before. They were always courteous and polite and willing to help in any way.

The place was clean and gorgeous. My pedicure was amazing and all of the staff was very nice. My friends and I were so impressed that we All agreed to come back again. The bachelorette had a great day and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Fiori.

FABULOUS all the way around. Two friends and I spent a fabulous Saturday at Fiori. Everyone was very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our visit was relaxing. Everyone from the front desk staff to the spa attendants to the service providers was constantly "checking in" to make sure that we wanted for nothing. I highly recommend Fiori and cannot wait to get back to enjoy another day in paradise!

Special birthday. I came in the week of my birthday and had a great facial followed by lunch. When I went to check out the front desk gave me a gold box with a personalized message and product samples inside. Not to mention I received 15% off of my facial for my birthday! I was very pleased. I will be returning in the future.

Bad massage, racist manicurist. I used to LOVE this spa. It is REALLY beautiful inside and you do feel like you aren't in the middle of trafficky, noisy, rushing Houston when you enter the gates.

****HOWEVER****

I would say RUN AWAY from choosing this place for spa services! The robe provided for me was damp and cold. The water provided to make hot tea was cold. The relaxation room to sit in before and after your treatment was cold. Instead of having my massage in a room made for one person, it was in a room for a couple's massage with an odd amount of brightish lights on, and the room, table, and sheets were cold. I'm typically very warm wherever I go, so this was so odd!

After a massage that was just "Eh," I headed down to get a "Fiori Pedicure." There was no relaxing foot or calf massage, and if the masque happened, I missed it! The technician seemed to be making up what she was putting on as she went along. In addition to this, she told me that I was overpaying to have the service done there, and she worked at a cheaper salon, and I should go there instead. She also made several overtly racist comments about Vietnamese people - not cool at all! The tubs for the pedicure chairs are falling apart and completely ghetto-looking with exposed screws and plywood breaking open from them. If you are looking for top notch or even medium notch, this is not the place you want to go.

The chatty pedicurist mentioned that the spa had a fire the day before my service, maybe this accounts for the big, bad, and ugly!

Wow - this spa is top notch!. I went here for a pedicure with my Mom and her best friend for my Mom's milestone birthday (we won't say which one, LOL). We were immediatley escorted to the ladies' locker room where we changed into robes and shower shoes. The locker room is amazing - exactly how I picture my "dream home" master bath to look.

The staff is super nice but not pretentious like I had expected them to be. They never tried to up-sell or get more money out of us, which was nice and very appreciated.

The massage chairs at the pedicure stations are like nothing I've ever seen before. They not only massage your back with a nice pressure, they also grab your shoulders, arms, and legs occasionally using pressure to give you a great massage!

The pedicures were extremely relaxing and we all enjoyed visiting with each other as well as our nail techs, as they were very friendly. After our pedicures were complete we were given a tour of the spa while while waiting for our nails to dry. The facility is amazing and I can't wait to go back!

Vacation for a day. Absolutely fabulous couples retreat!

The atmosphere is very romantic.

The amenities are outstanding.

The services were impeccable.

Even the food was great. Felt like

we were in Venice for a day.

A couple of extra hours in the VIP

suite at the end of the day was

an excellent idea also !
