In Short – A welcome addition to Midtown, DECO opens early as a relaxing coffee shop then transforms each evening into a romantic nightspot. Seating is in a swanky art-deco indoor lounge or on an open-air patio. Whether there for the coffee, tea, wine, or cocktails, patrons appreciate the inviting atmosphere and opportunities to socialize.
*****THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS*** DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD

The first time it happened I thought is was an honest mistake, they swiped my card 4 times, then two days later I went there again, not at my choosing, and it happened again, this time they swiped it twice, Please if you do decide to go, which i would really discourage, do not use your credit card, they WILL overcharge you, and not by mistake. It makes me wonder how many people dont notice the overcharges. Management will not help you, i tried speaking to manager and nothing. He didn't even try to help me, he said to call my bank. They could have just voided the transaction. Now i have to wait about a week to get my money back.
- Pros: LOCATION
- Cons: YOU WILL GET OVERCHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD

After a decent brunch on a Sunday, we decided to give this place a try. We got to the door and the bouncer says he isn't letting more men inside. Usually I roll with a girl to guy ratio where this is not a problem but that day it was only me and one of my friends. Maybe that part we could see coming. My friend is not as patient as I am and he wanted to leave but I wanted to make sure that the bouncer was true to his word. I waited at the door and made sure that he did not let a single guy in the club before my friend and I were inside. Needless to say that sped up our entry because some of his "regulars" were starting to get annoyed. Once inside though, I was not impressed. The crowd was ok at best and the music was an awkward melange of house, techno, hip hop, salsa/merengue, and r&b in no discernible order. It really had no rhyme or reason. I am all for different types of music as long as the transition between songs and genres is smooth (not cacophonic). You won't get great music here but some of it will make you dance. Those of you, like me, who want some good hip hop and music in general, will be disappointed. Once again, not the friendliest places to young African American men but eventually they will let you in (hence the 2 stars) . . . Stay strong
- Pros: Average venue, They may let you in
- Cons: They might not
diverse crowd, solid music

Great for a party or a low-key drinking night or date, although it gets crowded and seating is 90% bottle-service. Outdoor access is a plus if you want fresh air, a break from the music, or a smoke. Bartenders are fast and hot. Easy place to stay until close. Everyone there is well-mannered and properly dressed. Cliques have a tendency to frequent there. Overall, it's worth checking out, and a decent fall-back location.
- Pros: class without the pretense
- Cons: crowded as the night ensues
