I use to work there and i was disgusted by the thing sheir and fahima did, i couldn't take it anymore so i quit. All the gift certifiates that are sold they will always say sorry we so booked, i can't get you in at this time. They will do this on purpose so that it will expire and they will tell you,"sorry too late, it expired i can't take the gift certificate it's no longer vaild". They keep the money, a hand written certificate shouldn't have an expiration date, they can earse the date they wrote it themselfs. So if you can't make an appointment ask for your money back, that salon is never booked. All the employees are good people not the owners, Fahima does body wraps and she is not license to do them she's a hairstylist licensed only. Watch out they will always over charge even if it's five dollars extra, they're also cheap with the staff they will not given their tips and instead of using proper state board equipment they get their equipment for walmart (like the towel warmer its actually to cook chicken,got it at walmart it says GE on it ). All the towel and sheet are worst and not washed, if you do go there and make it pass Sheir and Fahima, the employees will treat you good.

ON Saturday May 03, 2008 i had an appointment that my husband had made to go to D'elegance Salon.... now i have never been there my self nor my friends.... so i was a little excited espcially the fact that its his turn to take care of little Mariah, our daughter. I arrived at the salon and i thought it was nothin .. you know.. a regular salon.. but it turned out pretty nice.... espescially the fact that they took care of my well being. I got a massage which really helped my back.. thank you very much. I also got my hair done by Elizabeth... she cut my hair and styled it the way i told her too .. which i really appreciated. I also had my hands and feet done by Elka .. THANK YOU ALL.... you'll definitely be seing me again.
