It's a smorgasbord of the senses! When u walk in, the freshly made pita will greet you. Most platters with 3 sides and a meat will run about $11. Pick your meat, slide your tray down as your eyes feast on the hot and cold offerings. Chicken kebabs are solid, hot eggplant sidedish is my fave. The fresh juices --watermelon, strawberry, mango--are fantastic and a must.

Houston's Best Mediterranean Restaurant. This place is delicious :) I've been eating here everyday this past month since I started working at Texas Children's Hospital. The great part about them is that you get healthy food quickly and at an acceptable price. They also have the best Rice Pudding I have ever had!

Good Arabic food.
Honestly, Ive been here for 2 yrs (in houston) and ive always been too scared to go into this place, bc i judged it from the outside. Too bad i wasted 2 yrs not eating here, bc they served some good, clean delicious food. It's reasonably priced, and just good eating. I ate some pasta which i am craving right now as i type. Salad, mashed potatoes and some delicious lamb that was very tender and succulent.
I will definitely return again.

BEST VEGGIE BUFFET IN H-TOWN!!!.
Nirvana- for veggie lovers and great for meat eaters as well. Love the food,place and friendly staff. I am a fan of their fresh baked PITA!!!!!

Hummus made right.
Their traditional hummus was perfect. The lamb so tender I almost had to use a spoon. Even late into their day, they had several main & side dishes available. It was difficult to make a decision. The servers had information on all the dishes, ingredients, etc.
Located @ Montrose & Westheimer, the traffic can require some degree of patience. They also share a parking lot with the burger place next door, so during peak periods parking is a little more challenging. Still completely worth it.

Great food, inexpensive, large portions. Aladdin's has great tasting Mediterranean food for a low price - the lunch specials are under $10 and it is always enough food for me to take half back with me to save for dinner. My favorites are the hummus and lamb shanks. I've tried all of the Greek/Mediterranean places in this immediate area and Aladdin's is best by far. Skip the gyro at Ni ko Ni kos and come here for double the portion, double the flavor and half the price.

finally... comfort food that's GOOD 4 u !. I am pregnant... So I am eating 4 two all the time. My husband decides to take me 4 something different one weekend and it was Aladdin. It was like the best food we had ever eaten. The Shawarma was like the Middle Eastern version of the juiciest hamburger. Everything is in your face to choose from so u don't have to read any annoying menus. The portions are very generous. Everything always looks so fresh, and tastes like it, which is the most important part. My doctor is really happy with my diet and it is all thanks to Aladdin. Love it... Seriously, i have been eating there non-stop for ever now :)

GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE. Iam a frequent visitor at ALADDIN love the food its always good ,there service is very nice and there very curtious .I love there shawerma sandwiches especially the chicken its pretty big and juicy.

Service is absolutely horrible!!!. Food is overrated and service is bad. The owner has a very rude attitude like he's doing you a favor by serving you. The other day my friends and I went there for lunch. When they employee gave us more food then he was "supposed to" give us, the owner says to us "look, this time I'm giving you extra food, next time I won't." If his employee is the one serving the food, he should talk to the employee about the portion sizes they serve to customers. I don't want to be treated like I'm begging for food. That is the last time I'm ever going to the place ever again!!!!!!
