I purchased 12 sessions with Meredith and have completed 6. Not only do I SEE a difference but I FEEL a difference. She motivates me to push myself further and further everytime and I am consistently surprised at what my body allows me to do. She provided me with everything I needed to get started and I cannot wait to start my next 12 sessions!!! I can't say enough about what she could do for you also. I think everyone owes it to themselves to work with someone like Meredith!
