Awful awful awful!. I was new to the area and looking for a place to tan. I read all the reviews about how great this place was. I found it to be quite the opposite. One lady who works there is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to stand around and wait 10 minutes for her to even acknowledge me while she was blabbing to some friend on the phone. The contract terms were never fully discussed and canceling is the biggest pain in the ass. I would not recommend this to even the people I hate. There are plenty of other great tanning salons with better service, better deals and much better staff that this one. Thank God I'm moving back to Chicago where I can get a friendlier better staff that's owned by the person running it, instead of a third party.

Wonderful place. This place is really great! it is very convenient and the hours are perfect! This staff (of only two girls) are really sweet and professional! They really make you feel welcome and try to always give you deals and great prices on everything! They have 9 beds of three different types as well as mystic!I believe now a oriental women or guy owns it, they are nice but i believe they should just let the girls do the job because they make the place most comfortable and most sanitary! Try to go mainly when the girls are there not when the owner is there she is really sweet and friendly but she really doesn't know too much and tries to push people into buying things without clear explanation! Overall everything is good as well as flexible memberships and other packages and lotions!

Good customer service. The staff there is very friendly. They are flexible on sign up and give very good deals. The environment is also very cozy and relaxing. They are willing to change the music or tv channels for you.

nice place. this place is very clean and nice...I had some difficulty here, but then the owner refunded a month of my payment, out of 2 years, to try to make up for it...if you go to do the mystic, keep in mind that they have an unlimited package for it, but you have to sign up for a year
