Good food, small portions. I really enjoy Pronto. The food is delicious and served up quickly. The location is good as well. The only downside to Pronto is the portion size. If you have a big appetite you will most likely leave here hungry. I still recommend it though.

The SALAD omygoodness! To-die-for. Must try.. This is about the most creative, delicious salad I've ever had anywhere. Never ate anything bad there at all. Pizza by the slice is great.

Ladies, bring a shawl or a sweater, the air conditioning is on high all the time.

Easy to get to, adequate parking, adequate seating -- outside if you want to.

great takeout place. While this place does not exactly live up to its claim that it is as good as it's parent places, Ninos and Vincents, for the price and type of restauarant it is, it is really good! I love the curbside pickup, they always come out promptly and the food is always hot and fresh. The lasagna is excellent. I am glad this place moved into my neighborhood.

Great weekday dining. I love this place. The food is yummy, the service is great, and best of all -- you can pick your dinner up curbside and take it home to eat. The rolls are awesome, and I highly recommend the lemon chicken. Yummmmmmmmmm!!

One bad meal can ruin a rep. My boyfriend and I went here 3 or 4 times for lunch and were reasonably impressed with the food. Their entrees are perfectly portioned and often yummy. They serve very simple Italian meals made with quality ingredients. However, the first time we ordered dinner from there, about an hour before closing, we were beyond disappointed with our food. The calamari, which I had ordered previously to find tender and crispy, was soggy with oil and rubbery. My boyfriend ordered chicken alfredo with exta scallions and got not one green onion on the whole entree. The pizza squares had soggy crusts and weren't baked through on the top and too much oil for a Margherita, when usually it's fantastic. I also ordered a chopped salad with a different dressing and got no dressing at all. Overall, this place has good Italian food. Even the bad meal that we got from them used great ingredients, they just failed at the execution. They don't have consistency, which is very important in their industy.

Quick, good italian. I like Pronto b/c it's so quick, but the food is still high quality. My one complaint is that the busser tried to take my plate away while I had my fork in hand, picking up a bite of food off of it. That was annoying! Overall I usually really enjoy the experience at Pronto.

Love this place!. Pronto is a GREAT option for good food fast. I love that you can get great Italian food even if you're in a hurry. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and the service was fabulous. (The patio is wonderful - love the fountain!) I thought the food was wonderful and the portions were the perfect size (not huge like normal restaurants!). The fettucine alfredo is to die for. I will continue to come to Pronto again and again! I've taken several friends there and everyone has enjoyed it!!

Great casual place to eat. I really like the food...A LOT! I've never had anything bad there. The portions aren't huge but for the price, I wouldn't expect huge servings.

If you like Cafe Express or Taco Milagro, you'll probably like this too. The prices and serving sizes are very similar.

I Love Their Food and Service!!. I have eaten here Several Times and not once have I been dissappointed!!

Their ToGo service is FAST, and curbside even FASTER!!!

I Love sharing this place with friends as well as customers!!

AND... my fiance LOVES their calamari!!!

Large Plate, Small Portions, Mediocre. Food is tasty--no doubt about it. I order the house specialty and portions were tiny: chicken was more the size of a cornish hen, 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, and only 5 green beans--yes, it was very easy to count them. The plate was huge! But the food slipped around on the plate before I got back to my table because there was really only a half of a plate of food! When I asked for the manager, they refused to get them and only smiled when I commented on the amount of food for the money. Cashiers had no customer service skills and no eye contact with me or any of the other patrons. Nothing special.
