Concrete Forever ROCKS - WE LOVE OUR NEW POOL!

My husband and I hired concrete forever in Houston to buil our backyard patio about 5 years ago. They poured about 1,500 sq ft patio all stamped concrete (looks like imported slate) and they did an awesome job, we liked it so much my husband had them replace our plain concrete driveway with all stamped and patterned concrete to match our back patio. Well, this year I called them back to build our pool and it came out just like the one in Vegas at the Mirage (They went off a picture I had).

The finished project is quite nice and we are very pleased with the service that the crew gave us!

Our driveway was featured in the Houston House and Home Magazine last june if anyone wants to see it!

Poor customer service-poor results of patio

Not pleased at all with this company. No communication after contract was signed (except when they wanted a check). Put ruts in the yard (filled a few with top soil but did not take care of rest). Damaged our fence, they did replace boards but were not put on straight and the gate is still tight to close. They have stood us up twice so far for the clean up. They cleaned a little but not completely and so far have not come back to complete that detail. Cleaning resulted in pressure washing my back door and making the paint come off, (mind you a brand new home), still concrete on the window screens and in the yard. *** major issues. 5 foot prints in the stamped patio (they will not fix), one section is not matched in appearance to the other sections, curves are not smooth - they come to a point in two places, made a stamp indention on the edge that is suppose to be smooth, the edging of the patio is a mess!!! OHH and they called and started to cuss at me because I was not home at that time to give them a check, however they never said when they were going to be back to pour. In that same conversation, they threaten to leave the job 1/2 done. There were several rude phone calls, canceling pour date etc. I would love to put up the pictures that I took, then you would understand. They asked for the final 10% of payment (which is to be paid after clean up) so that they could fix the problems under "warranty". A terrible company to work with after the contract is signed.

Outstanding Workmanship & Professionalism

After recieving numerous bids from other decorative concrete companies we decided to hire the artisans at concrete forever.com. Our Project was installed with the utmost precision, the salesman/designer was very knowledgeable and had a knack at getting what we wanted down on paper, the crew and supervisor were courtious and professional and exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend this company and welcome anyone to have a look
