worst manager ......don't even ask for her help.
I love walls Fargo as bank, but in this location I can't deal with the manager. I had a problem with my account needed to be solved and I was waiting for the manager to finish with the client. The client was talking to the manager very clam trying to explain the problem. The manager became laud and respond “I will definitely not going to help you now because you are rude “other customers in the bank start looking. The client respond thank you, have good day and just left. I was very surprise with the way the manager handle the situation and I also thought that the manager was the only one who was rude.... I wasn't sure that I wanted to ask the manager for her help, unfortunately I did. The manager seem to be ready for her next attack, she was very rude, and impatient . So I told the manager thank you don't worry about, and I went to one of the banker who managed to solve my problem without her help.
I don't understand who give her the right to refuse helping clients? The banker there are great
just avoid the manager and if she offer to help tell her no thank you, unless if you want embarrassing scene
