Terrible and Rude Service. I would never recommend anyone going to Montrose Nails. The staff is so rude. I was going to bring in my friends with me and called to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They started yelling at me because they called the wrong number. Then were so unaccomodating. After the lady lied to me and yelled at me, she decided to spring at the last minute a $10 deposit for each girl just to hold the appointment. She was so unfriendly even after I had frequented this place and have been a good customer. There are so many other nail places, I would not ever go here!

Love the Customer Service!. I've been coming here for 2 years, and it's one of the best customer service I've experienced at a nail salon. They are always sanitary and take into consideration what you want. I LOVE how they don't pressure you into getting other services. When I come I get the manicure, spa pedicure and facial. It's all super relaxing and a great value... all services are inexpensive. They really take care of you here!

The place to go!. This place is so clean and everyone is wonderful that works there. Make sure you have a good hour or so free when you go in because they definitely take their time, but that is what makes them do such a great job! Another benefit is that they only speak English around customers. I always hated getting my nails done when you think they are talking about you and what not. Everyone at Montrose nails is professional. Not only that but each customer gets their own personalized box where all their equipment is stashed so everything is sanitary.

Ivy is consistenly great.. I love this place. It's really clean, relaxing, and the girls there are wonderful. Ivy does my nails all of the time and they always look like a million bucks. It's also a plus that she's sweet. I will never go anywhere else.

So clean and so good!. Such a clean little salon with very friendly service. Ivy is simply the best! Great spa pedicures, great manicures and great waxing, all at great prices.

Great salon for nails and waxing!. I've been coming here for over a year and I LOVE it. I've always been given first class service. The staff are all very friendly and professional. It's excellent value for money!! I haven't had a facial here yet but they also offer that too.

Lily is the best!!. I have been going to Lily for years! Even before she moves to Montrose Nails. The shop is extremely clean, and very skillful. Lily takes extra attention to the massage!
