In Short – The dining room has only a few tables, but the atmosphere is casual and warm. The menu promises fresh-made and authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes including hummus, baba ghanoush, Greek salad and tender black-eyed beans. Falafel, shawarma and kabob are served as sandwiches or platters with an addictive garlic sauce. Outside, the spacious, covered patio turns into a smoke-shrouded party scene most evenings as groups of 20-somethings alternately puff on their hookah and scan the crowd of singles. –
the perfect hookah experience

This is prolly the best hookah bar you will find in the houston area. They are all really nice people, they dont give you problems. They always check id's, which makes is calm and quite without teenagers. They have more flavors then anywhere else. This was the first place i tried labanese food, and i fell in love with certain items. They have a big screen tv outside displaying football/basketball/baseball games. The music isn't too loud, making it enjoyable.
i just recommend never going to cafe layal or freedom hookah!
- Pros: food, service, the flavors
- Cons: it takes a while to receive check.

If you truly want good mediterranean food - This is the place. I love mediterranean food and I am a bit of a snob when it comes to this type of cuisine. I have been to other more popular mediterranean restaurants in Houston and there is no comparison. The staff is wonderful and charming- GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE.
- Pros: Great Food and Service!!!!
- Cons: After I publish this review -it might get crowded

We had a great leisurely meal with our friends! Started out with the Mezza appetizer combination which was almost a meal in itself for 4 people. Everything was great! We then were then steered towards the tenderloin and chicken kabobs. The meat wasn't jsut tender but was explosion of flavors. In addition the sesame sauce that comes with the tenderloin kabob's was a nice addition. We ended the meal with baklava was afitting end to a great meal. We will be back!
