Easy Convenient Thai Food. I LOVE the chicken with the peanut sauce...even the rice is good here. I have dined in this location a few times with my mother and I must admit that the inside is simple and unassuming...the waitstaff could be a little more attentive. Everytime we have gone there is one young man working as hostess, waiter and answering phones for take out orders.

The prices on entrees are great but some of the sides are severely over priced. I was amazed that my chicken entree under $10 but a small side of cucumber salad was $6, all in all not a bad price, but seemed out of sync.

I have tried calling to place a take out order but can never seem to get an answer on the phone. Luckily it's close to home so I usually stop by and place an order then come back about 15 minutes later to pick up.

I def recommend dining in, portions are larger and the food seems fresher.

Horrible Service. Second Nit Noi, with the bad serive. Very Race oriented. No one can treat a human being with so little respect. They need to be put out of business. Stop going! Went there, with some Hispanics friends (who are not considered human beingsby these b*!) Got yelled at. One b* refused to take the order as one of the ladies asked for recommendations saying she had never eaten Thai food. The waitress walked out saying, I cannot take order and sent another one who yelled. Then she yelled at another party of 2 ladies who said they will never come back. The food was bad. Time for Nit Noi to either hire people with manner or go sit at home. Shame on you and your service staff.

Horrible lunch experience. Where to start? We went early to avoid the lunch crowd. A nice waitress came by to take our order, but we weren't ready. A few min. later, another came by to take our order, but we told her we had already been helped. A third waitress then came by and took our order.

My wife ordered the lunch special (chicken & broccoli) and I ordered the garlic shrimp. 20-30 min. went by, and we had no food. People who had gotten there after we did were getting their food and we were still waiting. The second waitress came by to take our order, and we informed her that someone had already done so. Her response was that the person didn't understand English, and when she came by we told her we weren't ready so the kitchen didn't have our order. WHAT???

Instead of walking out (which we should have), we gave her our order AGAIN. Not even 2 min. after she walked away, our food came out (from our original order). The garlic shrimp was horrible. It was bland and overcooked. The broccoli chicken wasn't half bad, but the experience was so horrible already, that we did our best to rush through and get out. As another reviewer pointed out, maybe the other locations are better, but I won't find that out for myself.

Avoid this place like the plague! There are much better Thai restaurants in Houston, such as Thai Sticks or Paddy Thai (R.I.P). Hell, even Thai Spice buffet is better by leaps and bounds...

Stay Away. This is one of the worst dining experiences i've ever had. perhaps the other Nit Noi restaurants are better, however the food here was inedible. i ordered a sweet and sour dish, spring rolls, and pad thai. each dish was horrible. the sweet and sour dish was so salty it hurt my throat. the pad thai was sour, and the spring rolls bitter. The rice (a very basic menu item) was undercooked so it crunched when you took a bite. I couldn't believe food like this could possibly be served. To top off the night, the food my friend and i were able to get down resulted in us having severe cramps and spending the rest of the night in the restroom.

Bad Service and terrible food.. Service is terrible, and food is below average. It says thai restaurant but I do not think the chef knows how to cook thai food, food was so blunt and does not taste like thai food at all. It is better to find some authentic thai restaurant and go there. I would not recommend this restaurant to any one.

Editorial Review. One of Houston's favorite Thai restaurants brings a "cafe" concept to the fold with fast, fresh and inexpensive menu items.
