PUNCTUALITY IS IMPORTANT I also bought the Living Social coupon for whole house carpet cleaning. I made an appointment for a 1:00-3:00 window and called twice the week prior to confirm that time slot. I called at 11:30 on the day of my appointment to be sure I was still on for 1:00 and it was at that time that I was told they were not fully staffed and would be late. The technicians arrived at 4:30 and spent no more than 20 minutes cleaning my 2200 square foot home. I have never had my carpets cleaned where it took less than 45 minutes to an hour. I was underwhelmed with the whole experience and will not be using Mundae again.

Bought the voucher through living social. These guys are a joke. No call no show for the appointment. I called and couldn't get a hold of anyone, just kept leaving messages with the answering service. At 4pm, 3 hours after the 11-1 "window" appointment they call claiming the had problems with the equipment. Guess they couldn't have told me that when I called them to confirm my appt in the morning and it was too much trouble to contact me to let me know. What makes it worse was no apology or going out of their way to reschedule. Since I wasn't available after 5 that day I was out of luck. This company gives small businesses a bad rap.

Do not let them within 500 feet of your house. I cancelled my appointment after they could not show up to clean my house. They also lied to me about them being on their way when they were aready 30 mins late in their 3 hour window. I bought a living Social and in the future I will call the company that is offering the service and interview them before purchasing a coupon. Living Social does not screen their customers that they are working with. It is all about the bottom line and not the service or product that they are offering

STAY AWAY!!!.
They're middle east terrorist, if you don't believe me call there number and you can hear their accent, or insist on going to their office they don't have one! They have websites and phone numbers all over the country, example: search for San Diego carpet cleaning, and their website comes up, along with a local address! To keep a 5 star review they write there own!
I subcontracted for this company for a couple of years, they lied to me, and told me they were located in New York. It was strange to me why they required no background check, not even your address, and yet they would have me take customers expensive rugs with me to clean at my warehouse! They owe me over $2,000.00 and that's not counting all the money I lost from a huge job I did that filed for bankruptcy! I was warned from someone don't try to collect from Houston Carpet Cleaning, or you could end up dead!
About myself you may have seen me on TV back in 2000? I was considered a hero by many around the world for trying to save the child Elian Gonzales (the Cuban rafter fleeing from communism whos mother drowned along the way) putting my life in danger doing so, being sprayed with military grade tear gas, that people died from, then beaten, having my head slammed into the concrete!

Great Local company. The Mundae crew just came out to my place and I had to write a review letting everyone know what a positive experience I had. I have used Mundae cleaning many times over the years and have never been disappointed. However, I've never written a review for them before on Citysearch. This last experience convinced me it's time to let everyone know just how great Mundae cleaning services is at what they do. They are fast, professional, thorough, and friendly. What more could you ask for in a cleaning company?

Old carpet - looks like new!!!. I am so glad I called Mundae to have my carpets cleaned. Not only were they flexible and willing to work around my schedule, they were also so professional, timely, and - thorough!
