TISHA IS THE BEST. I came into the salon with boring long stringy hair. Tisha gave me the best cut I've ever had before. She put a few highlights in my hair that I am so happy with. Not too blonde. A really pretty color. Nice ambiance in this salon and they don't try to shove products down your throat. Will def. Be back. Nice and cool in there too!

Thank you Tisha !! best scalp message and hair cut I've had!. I came into SOK with out a clue how I wanted my hair styled but I knew I wanted a change. After talking with my new favorite stylist Tisha, she totally put me at ease and gave me the BEST scalp massage and hair style ever. never going anywhere else again! ... Thank You SOK !!

FINALLY HAPPY!!!!. I'm @ a point in my life where I would like to make a change and I did! I booked an appointment @ SOK and since I didn't know anyone I was referred to Tish.

She was very pleasant and very professional in my consultation. I have very long dark hair and have been wearing this style for over 3 years and wanted something different, Tish suggested we do something completely outside the box. We did highlights and lowlights and a great haircut!!!

NOW I CAN SAY I AM READY TO TAKE ON THE WORLD!!!!

great service, great people & great products!. the service at sok is fantastic...from my stylist, marisa, to the front desk! everyone is very friendly & ready to help! lots of great products that you may not find at other salons...& the stylists take the time to educate you on how to use them & what is best for your hair type & needs. my stylist, is creative & listens. i always have a wonderful experience there. try it...you won't be disappointed...i promise! :)

Norma is the Best!. I am the frazzled mom of a 2-year old, but Norma always makes me feel fabulous and makes my hair look great! When I went in for the first time for color and highlights, Norma took her time and found a color combination that works perfectly. I get the best compliments on my color and cut now! The salon has clean and modern decor and the hair wash chairs are comfortable and are massage chairs! I definitely recommend Norma.

A rising star at SoK. I have recently lost my hairstylist to marriage!!! She selfishly left me for true love and Colorado where her husband just got relocated . After 10 years of having her create miracles, I went on a full on panic/depression mode. After pulling myself together, I did my research, and found SOK, I know these guys have been in business for years and decided to give them a try. Thank Goodness I found Erika!!! I was so hesitant and I know I was a royal pain, but she was sweet and so understanding. The service was impeccable and I am almost ashamed to admit my hair has never looked better. I am 100 percent gray and Erika created a formula specifically for me, my color is rich and vibrant, she knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and made it happen. My haircut is amazing, she suggested a style that would accentuate my face, I have a unique square jaw and I thought there was only one way to cut my hair, I was wrong. She created a fresh, up to date look, and I have never gotten so many compliments. I am in love with SOK and I found a new BFF. Thank You Erika .

Hard to please, but I am very PLEASED!. I'm new to the U.S. and I was having difficulty finding a good stylist. I was referred to SOK by a colleague who has been going to see Norma for 4 years, so I decided to give her a try.

I have very hard to work with, coarse, resilient hair. On short notice I was squeezed in and was treated as a bonafide appointment. Upon arrival, I was very overwhelmed with the beauty of the salon, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I came in for a touch-up, but Norma suggested we do hilights. I was hesitant at first, but with Norma's reassurance, we went for it.

After the haircut and blowdry, Norma truly exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be returning to Norma at SOK *****

CASEY IS OVERRATED!!!. Last Monday I bought a box of DIY hair dye (never again) in an attempt to cover up the tigerstipe highlights I was given a couple months ago that were begining to show again. What I was left with were roots lighter than the rest of my hair with a very visible red tint (at the roots that is.)I immediately called SOK to see what could be done to fix this. They scheduled me an consultation with kat. She was going out of town so she passed me to casey. I told casey I wanted to go lighter to a golden brown (Im naturally a medium dark brown).I showed him a picture of jessica alba with all over golden brown hair. I was willing to wait a couple weeks so it wouldnt be too much for my hair in a short period of time but he said Friday would be fine and he could put in highlights to get the look I was going for. Silly me for trusting him. After waiting for an hr after my appt time (no exaggeration) He bleached my hair for the highlights, gave me the color, blew out my hair and.....I could barely tell he had done anything. I was still a dark brown brunette with a couple highlights. He asked me what I thought.... I said, "It looks good, but I pictured my hair a little lighter" ( I must admit the blow out was really good) He acted like a total diva...told me that "you're brunette, this is as good as it's going to get honey" I just wanted to be a lighter brunette but I guess he wasnt good enough to get me there. He had a total disregard for my feelings, told me I could pay and walked away. I started crying in frustration that he wouldnt even try to understand what I was telling him. I guess I hurt his ego. He ended up coming back trying to convince me it was fabulous and that I had been "looking at too many magazines". Im assuming that was because he was worried I wouldnt pay, but Im not that kind of girl So I paid $200+ and wasted 4hrs to look almost the same. He totally just did what he wanted to do instead of what I asked for. He used the excuse that he was into "healthy hair" Healthy hair was out the window when he bleached it for the few highlights I did get and I was totally willing to wait a couple weeks for my hair to recover!!! I met up with a friend for lunch yesterday (didnt tell her I had done anything to my hair) and all she noticed were my lighter roots (the problem I was trying to fix)... enough said..
