So sad....
I usually really like Berryhill in Houston. My family went to the Kingwood location on Labor Day. It was HORRIBLE. After we stood staring at the menu for ten minutes and made our choices, the girl at the counter then tells us they are out of tamales (Berryhill Tamales is the name, mind you).
Then when we changed our orders, and turned to fill our drinks at the drink machine, we were greeted with a broken drink machine... liquid pouring out of it with a nasty handwritten sign that said "if your drink tastes funny, you can go to the bar." Who in the world would want to taste and see if their drink tasted funny? Good grief!
Overall it was a bad experience and I cannot seem to find a place to complain to the ownership. McDonald's has better customer service than that!
Boring Atmosphere. The food was poor, but the atmosphere was worse. The bar is very boring and the regulars are dumb as rocks. Drinks are ok, but there are much better options throughout Kingwood. Save money and time!
Straight Bull...... The food wasn't worth the money, so if you want better food for the price go to Taco Bell and the Strawberry Margaritas were no more the Bama Strawberry Jam and regular frozen margarita mix in a tea glass....it's just not worth it.
