In Short – With a decor of dark wood, leather upholstery and soft lighting, this clubby steakhouse has a warm, upscale feel. The menu's focus is prime beef (aged up to four weeks), from bone-in rib eye and filet mignon to New York strip drizzled with bearnaise sauce. Classic seafood offerings include lobster tails, steamed crab legs and wild Alaskan salmon; sides, served a la carte, include baked potato and chipotle mac and cheese.

When you walk in, they pull you up on the computer, know you've dined with them and ask if you'd like your favorite waiter, plus the cold fork with the salads is a great touch. The food last night was awesome! Steaks cooked a perfect medium rare as requested. The special flounder entree with jumbo lump crab meat and baby asparagus was awesome! Great Service also!

If you have an experienced steak house palette, you might find the food at Flemings average. Otherwise, you will be quite impressed. I have visited several times and find the steaks and "Wellington" to be very tasty. Their asparagus and spinach sides are fabu but I dont find the Flemings potatoes or mushrooms to be spectacular. Nevertheless, I must RAVE about their wine bar .... it's the perfect place to find the freedom to experience a wide variety of wines by the glass. Their "bar desserts" are quite tasty too!

What to Drink:
The wine list has 100 selections, all available by the glass. Wine flights---three two-ounce glasses of different wines---allow for experimentation. A reserve wine list has more than 80 selections available by the bottle.
The Extras:
Discovery Dinners are custom-made for wine lovers. Three four-course menu options ($75, $100, $150) come with chef-approved wine pairings. Must be groups of six or more and reserved in advance.
