Unreliable Service

I decided to send my sweetie some autumn flowers at a time when I thought delivery would be prompt since no holidays were near. I ordered the sweet corn harvest, which includes alstroemeria, chrysanthemums, and gerberas set in a glass bowl with real candy corn. The order was made well before noon on Friday, in order to make a same-day delivery to a location that is actually right up the road from this florist. I waited and waited the entire day to hear words of joy from my girl, only to no avail. The flowers never arrived before she left work @6pm. Monday morning rolls around and I call to see what happened. I'm guessing they were understaffed on delivery people. They finally delivered the bouquet Monday afternoon. It was far from what I ordered...a completely different arrangement (not a substitute) and beginning to wilt! Who in their right mind would deliver wilting flowers??? Unacceptable. I immediately called them back and they agreed to send a fresh bouquet of the correct arrangement. TWO days later they delivered the new arrangement, took the old, and did not offer any sort of compensation. You can bet they lost one guy who loves to buy flowers for his wife...

If You Want Only the Very Best!

Our daughter was married in 2004 at Second Baptist Church with a reception following at La Colombe d'Or. Elegance and beauty were our goals and Stems in Bloom delivered! I walked into the Church and was overwhelmed! All the "trust me(s)" Mr. Alex had repeatedly said to me during the planning phase, were not just words said to a nervous mother, but words he confidently expressed because he knew Stems in Bloom would deliver. THIS ESTABLISHMENT KNOWS THEIR BUSINESS! The beauty met us at La Colombe d'Or where Mr. Alex and his staff had decorated with flowers/arrangements/petals/candles further adding to the elegance and grandeur which is La Colombe d'Or! I HIGHLY recommend this establishment TRUST ME, tell Mr. Alex what you want and worry about something else if you must, but anything you've entrusted to Mr. Alex - Stems in Bloom has that handled! I thank the Lord for them!

Great Shop!

We used them for my mother-in-laws funeral caket spray, my husband wanted all yellow roses, and they did an beautiful arrangement. Everyone who attended commented on how wonderful they were. We, also, used them to send flowers to a friend of mine who was in the hospital, and everyone there raved about how wonderful the flowers were. I definetley will be using them as my regular florist.
