TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't spend the money on a shellac manicure, because it doesn't last longer than a week and the manager will do nothing to resolve the situation of an extremely disappointed customer.

I've been a loyal client to Isle PediSpa for quite some time now and I love everything about it. You don't go all the time, I recommend trying it at least once. It's clean, the staff are really nice and funny and you get a great pedicure!

This spa is so wonderful. I had mani, pedi and waxing done today. All of technicians were friendly and professional. They let me know what they were doing and what the benefit was behind it. I tried this place after deciding to take a shot in the dark. Extremely clean. I definitely will be returning soon.

Amazing manicures and pedicures!. The best place to go in Houston for manicures and pedicures. You feel like you are on a tropical vacation every time you go to Isle Pedispa. You have so many choices as to the type of soak and lotion you prefer. They are all excellent! It is a very, very clean environment. They sterilize all instruments - just like in a medical environment. All the staff is friendly - seem to genuinely care about your experience. I love the private alcoves - you can watch your own private tv. The Voss location has more suites and is full of bling - very happy here!!

Voss location---LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Everyone is so friendly and the place is BEYOND clean. It may cost a little more, but you for sure get what you pay for. Since this location opened minutes from my house, I will never go any place else in Houston.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. I had a bachelorette party there, they rushed all of my party since it was at nighttime, and not one person that got a pedicure felt like the money paid was worth it. Then hoping it was gonna be better, we went there the day before my wedding. My friend scheduled out appt, when we came in and told them the specific pedicures we wanted they "didnt have us scheduled for those types of pedicures" how would we know that we had to request a type of pedicure if they didnt ask in the first place? even after the fact that I stated I was getting married the next day they DID NOT even try to fix the problem, and I ended up getting gel nails for my manicure, and a normal pedicure which didnt even match. the whole time the girl did my manicure she seemed pissed at having to service us, and didnt even finish with a massage (like its supposed to come with!) because of not having for her next appt. When I called a few weeks later to discuss with a manager, "there was no manager on duty" and when the person I spoke with didnt even bother having a manager calling me back. We will NOT EVER be giving this place business again. I dont care how up on the nail trends they are, the customer service was ridiculous.

How does this overpriced salon stay in afloat. The treatments sound exotic and amazing but in reality are very run of the mill. Very disappointed and will never go again.

Cute place. Brought all the bridesmaids the day before my wedding for some pampering. Its a very cute place! The "menu" of pedicures is huge! We opted for the basic spa since I was paying for 6 of them.

They turned out great! But I would say unless your party fits into their party room this is not a place to bring a group. This is a great place for you to get away from it all and relax. There are walls between you and the customers around you. You can see everyone across from you. Which is great for privacy, not great for a party. But they do have party rooms that fit I think 4 people. You can also have your own little tv.

Their amount of colors is amazing. I had a hard time picking.

Parking was the only problem. Small lot which they share with lunch restaurants. We got lucky and had someone pull out as we were pulling in. I would give yourself a few extra minutes to find parking.

When I checked out I was very surprised! It was less expensive than I thought from what I had seen on the web site. I can't wait to come back and try one of the fancy pedicures when I need to relax.

BEST MANICURE PEDICURE IN HOUSTON. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST MANICURE PEDICURE PLACE IN HOUSTON! I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR MONTHS SINCE I MOVED TO TOWN AND I AM HAPPY TO SAY I FOUND MY PLACE. THE SERVICES ARE WONDERFUL AND THOROUGH. MY POLISH ALWAYS LAST BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.

Love GEL nails!!!!!!!!!!!!. One of the finest nail salons in Houston! I had the most wonderful experience at this upscale salon. The gel manicures here last me about 3 weeks without any chipping or damage. I have tried other salons and the gel nails there do not last more than a few days and ruin my nails! They have the nicest staff that is always willing to accomodate me! :)
