Terrible customer service!!!. Terrible customer service!!!!!

We ordered food from here and they informed us that it would be delivered within 25 minutes. After an hour, we called to see where it was and were told it was on its way. After another generous 30 minutes (it is a 5 minute drive to the restaurant from the house), we called back and were told the driver was pulled over. The food would have to be remade and delivered in an hour. We cancelled the order and were told the credit card would be refunded, but the manager could not give a refund number. Let's see if at least one thing we were told tonight is not a lie...

Brunch Menu. I had a fluffy, classic egg white omlette with mushrooms and cheese. It was served with hashbrowns and fresh fruit. Everything was good, so I am grading them a B.

With a tip, brunch averaged $10 per person.

The waitstaff was nice and the place is dog friendly.

We sat in the patio area which is an extension of the parking lot. Almost every restaurant in Houston has a "patio drive", so don't hold that against them.

I doubt I will revisit, because there are so many good places to have brunch. But, it is worth giving it a try like I did.

One of the best restaurants in Houston. The food is amazing everytime I go. Nice atmosphere, good service, and once again, great food. I have taken many friends, and they agree. They have the best pita bread I have ever tasted! I also recommend the beef burgandy.

So Good. The food and service are excellent. I love the Trio salad (crab salad, chicken salad (to-die-for) and fruit. The mediterranean dishes are excellent! Service is always very prompt. Chatters rocks the Heights!

Chatter's is amazing!. I've been frequenting Chatter's for about a year now and I am always satisfied! It seems like every other time we go they are clearing out their seasonal wine selection and everything is discounted!! Who doesn't love that? The food is consistent and the portions are huge!! I love the turkey cobb salad with blue cheese dressing and my boyfriend loves their gyros plate! Always a good experience here, don't let other reviews fool you (especially the virus review.. that still gave it 3 stars.. spare us all.. it was probably your STD flaring up again)!

Awesome neighborhood restaurant. Chatter's is less than a mile from my house and very convenient. The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive. The food is great and very reasonably priced. A large wrap with pasta salad side is only $8.06 including tax and a steal. I've called in the order so often on the way home from the gym, practically have the menu memorized. I didn't even realize this place was such a good find until a few months ago; would just drive by thinking it was a hamburger spot. But, alas, opa!

Great Neighborhood Place. We get their food on a regular basis as we live closeby. The atmosphere is more conducive to lunch than dinner but it's a cute little place. Service is always good and speedy. Their food is always top notch. Their portions are great but not excessive and the food always tastes fresh and seasoned just right. Their salads, burgers and gyros are excellent choices. The bistro tapas is nice to share with a group. They deliver which is a plus!

Overpriced for what you get. Good place if you live in the neighborhood and want something quick, relaxed, and fresh. I used to eat at Chatters on a regular basis, however Chatters recently raised their prices, making some of the menu items overpriced for what you get. The black bean soup is often flavorless and tastes like they pour it straight out of the can sometimes.

Great Catering and Food. I used Chatters to cater a 90th birthday event. The food was excellent as well as the server they provided. They were very accomadating and everytime I called with questions or concerns, they were friendly and patient. They did a great event and I only heard compliments from the guests, I will not hesitate to use then again in the future as I am sure many of the guests will be sure to call on them in the future.
