Other than a great stylist that's about all they offer. The only positive remark I have is that Esteban is a great stylist! Other than that, it is overpriced and the other staff are not that friendly! For what I paid I expected much more than what I got. So much for a relaxing day at the spa.

Great Stylist!. Nice location and easy to find. Receptionists could be more friendly, but Esteban Hernandez, hair sylist, is very friendly and professional. Also, Zain, nail tech, was very professional, caring, and friendly. I've had a facial there in the past, and was very pleased with the service (but I cannot remember the professional). All in all, I would highly recommend this spa/salon.

Too Snooty. I used to go here to get my hair cut and colored, which was always a good experience, but pricey. The massage, facial and waxing service left me with an average feeling. The desk staff was never rude, but also never friendly. I expected to be given a tour and receive explanations about the service I was purchasing and even about the ettiquette they expected during my first visit. I was just lead to the relaxation room and told to change. Didn't even show me how to use the lockers, just left me to read the directions posted on the wall. The staff just seemed to walk around with their noses in the air and their demeanors left me feeling very uncomfortable. They were much more interested in each others personal lives than in my comfort.
