I usually go to the Paris Spa on Little York. They always do a great job on my hair. So when I saw this place, I decided to drop by and check it out. Naween is totally right! They were rude, and dismissive of me, and did an awful job on my hair. I had to go back to my usual Paris Spa to fix it. The staff there told me that the two companies are not connected at all. They are doing some remodeling to make the facility even better. The staff can't get any better. I received the best haircut ever and I highly recommend Paris Spa on Little York.

I came in expecting something great because the owner supposely used to work at Visible Changes, so I said alright. I had two different people doing my highlights. Which I thought was unprofessional. The girl who did my hair, my goodness she was so slow and inexperienced. She was doing my highlights, then the guy jumped in and asked if I wanted chunky before I got to answer, he was already doing my second foil. The service was horrible. The customer next to me was very unhappy with her hair. It wasn't what she wanted, and HER stylist said there is nothing much she could do therefore the customer called her mother, whom came in to see what they problem and the worker went right to work trying to make her hair look better. In the end, she was VERY unsatisfy but she still paid. From then I kept getting complains from previous costumers. After sitting there for about 30 minutes my hair was done, it turned out hideous. It was NOT what I wanted, but I had not time to come back or stay back to let them fix it. So I was left with discolored hair with extremely ugly chunky highlights, which I did NOT even agreed to. I am NEVER coming back here. Everybody was rude, non-friendly, unprofessional, inexperienced, and they were more because majority of their customers were NOT Vietnamese however throughout the whole experience they all spoke Vietnamese to each other and had lack of interest in customers. I am Vietnamese, and I thought what they did was very rude to their non-Viet customers. Sorry I wrote too much, but I had to let it out.
