Color specialist is HAI, does a wonderful coloring. Always a happy and attentive crew working there. A little pricey on eyebrow wax $8, no discount for mani-pedi at the same time! but they DO know hair...
Don't get this place confused with Paris Spa on Little York!. I usually go to the Paris Spa on Little York. They always do a great job on my hair. So when I saw this place, I decided to drop by and check it out. Naween is totally right! They were rude, and dismissive of me, and did an awful job on my hair. I had to go back to my usual Paris Spa to fix it. The staff there told me that the two companies are not connected at all. They are doing some remodeling to make the facility even better. The staff can't get any better. I received the best haircut ever and I highly recommend Paris Spa on Little York.
I came in expecting something great because the owner supposely used to work at Visible Changes, so I said alright. I had two different people doing my highlights. Which I thought was unprofessional. The girl who did my hair, my goodness she was so slow and inexperienced. She was doing my highlights, then the guy jumped in and asked if I wanted chunky before I got to answer, he was already doing my second foil. The service was horrible. The customer next to me was very unhappy with her hair. It wasn't what she wanted, and HER stylist said there is nothing much she could do therefore the customer called her mother, whom came in to see what they problem and the worker went right to work trying to make her hair look better. In the end, she was VERY unsatisfy but she still paid. From then I kept getting complains from previous costumers. After sitting there for about 30 minutes my hair was done, it turned out hideous. It was NOT what I wanted, but I had not time to come back or stay back to let them fix it. So I was left with discolored hair with extremely ugly chunky highlights, which I did NOT even agreed to.
I am NEVER coming back here. Everybody was rude, non-friendly, unprofessional, inexperienced, and they were more because majority of their customers were NOT Vietnamese however throughout the whole experience they all spoke Vietnamese to each other and had lack of interest in customers. I am Vietnamese, and I thought what they did was very rude to their non-Viet customers.
Sorry I wrote too much, but I had to let it out.
Good Manicure. I had a set of solar nails done and I was very pleased. They got me in right away and she did a good job and the price was extremely reasonable. The only complaint I would have is that the manicurist doing my nails kept answering the phone and getting up to set appts. The atmosphere is nothing to rave about for a day spa....I've been to alot nicer....I'll definitely go back to have my nails done, but I think I want more atmosphere for a massage.
Glad to have found this place. We went in yesterday evening for pedicures....OMG! This place is great. The girls that work there are fabulous and the pedicures were very relaxing. I would recommend the peicures at Paris Spa to everyone.
1st time was good, second time, not comming back. My sister recommended me to Paris Spa because it is right by our home. The first time i went and got my eyebrows done, i was totaly satisfied. They were exactly how i wanted them. But the second time i went, the girl doing them for me was on the phone the whole time, only waxing with one hand. Then she did not even wax the middle or clean up the top of my eyebrows. I had to tell her to fix it before i left, i was not satisfied at all, just be careful who you get when you go.
Great value. We are from Dallas, but my parents live down the street from the Paris Spa. I went in for a haircut and was so happy with the results (and the price) that we came back the next day. I had gone from long hair to shorter hair with bangs, and they touched up my bangs the next day because I was not totally satisfied - no complaints or charge from them. I also got a manicure, pedicure, and my boyfriend got his haircut. Its clean and sanitary, and the staff are great and provide great service. We got all of that for well under $100 including a generous tip - you can't beat that! Its been 5 days and my french manicure still looks great!
Don't get a massage here..... The staff was really nice and friendly. The service I received was a massage and I feel like I wasted 70 plus tip. The massage was horrible and not relaxing. You could hear everything going on outside the room and her hands werent comfortable at all, skinney and not soft at all! It was not like a professional at all. I went in with a hurt neck and left with a hurt neck.
Editorial Review. Day spa offering Artec hair care products and cuts, styles, colorings, nail care and day of pampering specials.
excellent work. I recieved excellent services and had an amazing make over. It's very clean, all implements were sanitized using the autoclave method, and packaged for individual use.
