Most Family Friendly Party Facility

Katy Magazine just rated The Pump It Up in Katy the most family friendly business and I would have to agree. The staff helped a great deal with my party making things extremely easy for me. My children loved the attention and the facility felt very clean and safe.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT HAVING A BIRTHDAY PARTY - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I RECENTLY HAD MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY THERE AND SPENT OVER $300 AND THEIR STAFF DIDN'T HELP ME DO ANYTHING. FIRST, WE ORDERED PIZZA THRU PUMP IT UP - THE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH FOR ALL THE KIDS AT THE PARTY. THIS WAS VERY EMBARASSING. SECONDLY, THE PARTY ATTENDANT IN OUR ROOM DID NOTHING BESIDES CUT THE CAKE. ME AND MY ADULT GUEST HAD TO PASS THE CAKE OUT,POUR DRINKS AND CLEAN UP AFTER A KID SPILLED THEIR DRINK.

BUT WHAT FRUSTRATED ME THE MOST WAS WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THERE 17 YEAR OLD MANAGER- HE DID NOTHING NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. HE SAID AFTER HE SPOKE TO THE OTHER MANAGER HE WOULD CALL.
