Horrible service!

The management was as useless as the staff. Save your money and go to a non-trashy joint...not Vito's! I wouldn't come back if they were giving away free stuff or if someone paid me!

You will love this place

I walked in one night cause of my friend. Lets just say I am addicted to the place.As a single woman who is new to houston its rare to find a place which has a soul and a heart. within my second visit people knew me by name. John, the manager and teh bartender, knows my fave drink. I have even managed to make some friends at this place. The waitress are warm and kind. Stephnie, Annie, Lindsey all are great peple. Eddie and Milam are great Bartenders , in all its my Cheers, and its fun.

Come here if you want to relax, with friends or without. Yeah leave yoyr arrogance out.

What a waste of time...

I usually like this place... I haven't had any problems with them.. but they charged my account 103.00 extra... Twice for the same charge (which was acceptable b/c it IS a bar.. they need to authorize first for tabs.. understandable..) BUT, then they charged me someone elses tab of like 65 dollars.. and when I try to resolve it no one calls me back... The bartenders and waitresses don't care at all.. they won't even make a phone call tp the manager.. still waiting on a call back so I get get my money... BTW - I have NEVER had any other bar DOUBLE charge me just for authorization of my card... maybe like 5 dollars or something.. but, never the whole amount of the tab.. that is just RIDICULOUS!..

• Pros: Good Pizza, Good Food, Strong Drinks
• Cons: Waitresses will mess up your orders and your tabs and back accounts!
