East Texas Eye Center. Dr. Shrum is an exceptional doctor. He is caring and professional. His staff is courteous, and you never have to wait longer than a few minutes to be seen for your appointment, unlike most other medical offices. I highly recommend him.

East Texas Eye Center. I have been using Dr. Shrum since I moved to Texas 7 years ago and have never had a bad experience. He knows his stuff

Best ophthalmologist in Texas. I have had trouble with my eyes for awhile...Ive been to many doctors in the area, and Dr. Shrum is by far the best I have ever encountered.Very friendly,informative...and was the only doctor that actually gave me my sight back...I would highly recommend him to anyone.
