So glad I found Dr. Jerry and his sweet wife. I will just start by saying how Dr. Jerry saved my sweet dog Pypers life last week. Some one broke in to our house and beat her in the face and broke two of her teeth she was bleeding everywhere. I drove as fast as I could to find someone to help her. When I went running in only seeing the hospital once when I went to the Subway in the shopping center. The girls up front saw me trying to get her out of my car and rushed out to help me. The took her in to the hospital and Dr. Jerry met them and told me that he would take a look and see what needed to be done. I was freeking out. Dr. Jerrys wife who was there came and talked to me and let me know that he would do everything to save her. She asked me what happened and went and updated him and came right back and sat with me. Never once did anyone ask me how I was going to pay like at another hospital I had gone to in the past. Pyper and I were very lucky that they were to help us in a time of need. The bill was less than I expected and was worth every penny. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE IN A TIME OF NEED!!

Unhappy Camper. For starters, the sweet Dr Miller was fired from windvale when Dr Brzozowski bought the practice in December. Her great staff of the sweetest girls were also let go, only to be replace. They have also raised their prices several times over the past year. You can not get out of there, even for a check up, with out being charged $400. They also make you feel like a bad owner if you aren't able to spend lots of money. Samantha is the office manager there and she is FAKE friendly and also talks down to you like you don't know anything. I would NEVER reccomend this clinic to anyone. All they care about is your wallet.

DO NOT USE WINDVALE PET HOSPITAL. I have never been so upset in my life. I have taken my little dog to Windvale several times. He is 15 years old now, and I am going to have to put him down. The last time I took him in was about a year ago for an ear infection, and it cost me over $400.00 by the time I left there (because of tests that needed to be run because of his age). Was a little taken back, but I paid it. I was just informed that since it has been a year since they've seen him, that it will be $250.00 just to put him down. I can't believe they would screw people at a time like this. Conroe Vet Clinic is charging me $40.00. Unbelieveable & sickening to say the least.

Dr. B. and his hospital staff are the BEST!!!!. Compassionate, caring, loving, gentle, these are just some of the words to describe Dr. B. and his hospital staff. Dr. B. went way out of his way to treat our sick little Yorkie, Emma.

He's the only one I ever trusted with her. After doing everything he could to save her he brought her to our home to go to sleep. He truly loves animals and you can't ask anymore out of a Vet. My only regret is that we didn't find him sooner.
