Terrible Haircuts. My husband had been going to Tgf on a regular basis. The last two visits were terrible. The hairstylist that usualy cut his hair quit. The new stylist that cut his hair left his scalp raw and red both times. Not only did she cut it unevenly she then charged us extra without explaining why. When we asked what the extra charge was for she said it was because she was the master hairstylist and could charge extra. She never asked us or informed us of this. We had no idea master stylist could charge more. If she had asked us we would have said no. That's the last time we went there and we will never return. Their customer service is lacking and everyone working there seems they'd rather be doing something else with their time than providing any services to paying clients.

NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!. I have only had two experiences with these salons and both were awful. Once I went in for a 1" trim. I even showed them how much that was. They had me turned so I couldnt' see them cutting. My hair was past my behind. They cut off over 12 inches! I screamed and ran out! I didn't pay, nor did i let them complete the haircut. I wrote corporate to complain and nothing was ever done. It cost me a photo layout for an album cover for a rock band. They needed someone with waist length hair. My latest visit was yesterday. My hair has grown back out to about my waist. When I indicated I only wanted a trim the girl said " you're gonna make me break my back washing all that hair for a trim...that's a waste of my time! " Can you believe it! And she wasn't kidding! Then when I told her I like to pamper myself and have someone wash my hair and blowdry it since its so long and hard to do myself and she said she would be charging me an extra S 10.00 if I wanted it blowdried, on top of the normal price for shampoo/cut/and blowdry. I told her the sign doesn't say " and up " on the price. She argued and said she wouldn't do it. It's all for the best. With her attitude it probably would have been botched again.

TGF haircutters are Gawd Awful ! Horrible service. I do NOT recommend!!! I went to Visible Changed who did an awesome job, took her time and did NOT charge extra to blowdry or even to straight iron. Now THATS service!
