Terrible Customer Service - If Any at All.
I ordered an alarm system from True Value Electronics back in September 2009. After over a week I had not received the alarm system and finally received a return email from them stating that they had been out on vacation. When I finally received the alarm system, the remote didn't even work. They then wanted me to pay shipping fees to send their remote back that didn't even work to start with, which I reluctantly agreed to do after some time.
It has now been two 1/2 weeks since I sent the remote back to True Value Electronics and I have still not received my replacement remote.
Oh, and even better, the only contact information that they list is an email address, real convenient to say the least. So, I have emailed them numerous amounts of time and the only response that I received was, "we emailed you the tracking information, you must have deleted it." All I can say is, really though? what kind of a business is this?
So, almost three weeks have gone by, no replacement remote to the alarm that never worked, no response, no tracking number. Let's just say I'm not holding my breath anymore for this mystery remote and I think it is safe to say that their customer service doesn't exactly exceed my expectations.
