this is a scam.
Encore bank and Encore trust are affiliated and they
should be treated the same. Encore trust does their
dirty work that you can see. Encore Trust is the guardian of the trust of Marilyn Harlow. They committed fraud by not denying a therapy pool at a meeting before
they got the trust fund. My daughter has brain damage, 88 degree in her spine, cannot use her right hand, and on her feet she has to wear splints. They denied the therapy pool when we were fixin to get a house and they used the therapy pool against us to get her nothing. Encore did what was in the best interest of Encore Trust and Encore Bank.
