I recently revisited this location after a brief hiatus. I frequent the Post Oak location because I love the food and the friendly staff. The margaritas are pretty outstanding too! But, I work closer to this location and was craving fish tacos for lunch. There have been big changes since my last visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was outstanding, and my co-workers and I enjoyed the quick service. I am glad to see that my Berryhill lunches at this location can be just as good as my dinners at the Post Oak location. Great job guys. We will definitely be back!!

Berryhill Blah

This place used to be laid-back and quiet. I went there last night for a relaxing meal and was very disappointed in service and food.

Instead of ordering at the register, they now have you find a seat anywhere and hope that a wait person notices you before the table next to you which walks in ten minutes after you.

I had to go back to the register to try and get a drink which they no longer allow you to get yourself. It was awkward to say the least.

The food was rank after it finally arrived. I told the staff this but all they said was "sorry" and handed me a check.

I later called and talked to the manager on duty. While she was sweet and all, she wasn't at all professional in solving my problem in comping me a meal I had one bite out of before becoming totally upset with the whole dining experience. No wonder the place has always been deserted when I have gone there.
