CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS STORE.
This review is just on Mattress Giant at the Tomball location - not on a mattress itself.
My husband and I were very impressed with the level of customer service we received at Mattress Giant in Tomball. Our salesperson was Larry. My husband and I came in with two wild toddlers (age 2 and 4) who jumped from bed to bed and Larry provided top notch customer service throughout with a smile the WHOLE time. He was not pushy and did not push a certain brand on us. In fact, we ended up walking out with a mattress that was pretty inexpensive, a non-name brand, and very comfortable. It was a weekend (Sunday) so the delivery folks at MG delivered the next day. They were also very professional, friendly, and on time.
Even though our first mattress was comfy, we decided to go with a more expensive name brand that was more comfortable as the store had it on clearance and it was marked down to 50% of the price. Larry handled the exchange with professionalism and was very courteous.
I couldn't ask for more from a mattress store. Buyer does not have to beware when entering.

Kingsdown /back pain.
Don't let this guys sell you something you dont want .do your home work and then check prices, dont listen this sales guys they just want your money and sell those mattress that need to go . They dont care about you!.
DONT BUY KINGSDOWN MATTRESS piece of iron.
