A real customer that's really happy!. Nai and her staff are by far the best at what they do. I have had her prepare my taxes for over 5 years (at least!) and many of my coworkers go to her as well. I have never been disappointed. She's so quick and just fun to hang out with while she does your taxes, before you know it she's printing off forms to sign and away you go.

One year someone tried to convince me that there's no way she's that good and that I should have another accountant check her work. So I did.... unfortunately! He told me there were no issues with her work, but since I was already there, he went ahead and did my taxes. BIG MISTAKE! Last year I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed them another $1000 from when this fool did my taxes. Of course when I tried to find him again, he had a long letter on his former website saying he was no longer a personal accountant. So I threw up my hands and just paid the stupid thing.

Never again will I stray from Nai!! Lesson learned and I am so embarrassed I even went elsewhere. Oh yes and that other guy took 3 weeks to do my returns... Nai gets them done right there, filed electronically and paid electronically between 48 hours to a week after filing.

The only thing you must be prepared for is calling for an appointment and then just know you will wait, sometimes for a few hours, so just get comfy and be nice to her staff. They are always busy and try to accommodate everyone during the busy tax season. Absolutely worth the wait.

In fact, go somewhere else so I don't have to wait longer to get an appointment! HA!

CROOKS!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT AN AUDIT!. As you can see from the review below, they write their own 5 star reviews for themselves. I went here in 2009 and received a letter of an audit. ELQ refused to help and never returned any of my phone calls. I would definitely steer clear of this place as the head tax preparer is not even a certified C.P.A. but a "tax specialist". YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

she's the best/better than the rest. I have used ELQ tax service for many years, every since the company started at the kitchen table of the owners home, but when you are fair and honest in your work God blesses you ELQ is a 5star service when you need tax help, there is no other tax service to trust. Try ELQ, i bet you become a regular just as I did.

IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. This is the first year I've used Nai. My son has been telling me about her for several years. Since I live in Galveston, and had damage to my property, I decided I needed professional help for sure this year. I was in shock when she was done. I never get money back from IRS, but it's a different story. While in her office I thought we were just having a meeting and discussing my taxes, while the whole time she was doing my return as we spoke. I thought I would have to make several trips back to her office from Galveston.

She said ok done! Printed something, handed me a folder and said it's done taken care of. Filed. I signed the paperwork. I asked her where did I go to pay her, she said I've already been paid from your return. I asked if I was supposed to mail the folder to IRS, she said "No, that's your copy to keep". So, totaly shocked. I've never had a return done so quickly.

When you go to the office make sure you have a copy of all of the paperwork you are going to give her, it saves a great deal of time and money. That will stay in your file in her office. I gave her several other returns that she's going to look at from previous years, where I had to pay the IRS, this will be done after this years tax season, I'm in no hurry and I'm pretty sure they are going to owe me more money.

I could not have done this without her help. I think she's really wonder woman in disguise!!!!! And I really thank my son for staying after me to at least talk with her. Very greatful to you too Jason.

Houdine of Taxes Nai Nai. I have filed my taxes with many tax services and Nai at ELQ Enterprises has been the only person to get me back money I should have been getting back. She knows Tax Laws she keeps up with all current deductions you are allowed. You know she is good when you owe the IRS $20,000.00 and when she finishes going over your taxes they owe you $800.00. You may have to wait a week or two longer because she is a very busy person, but believe me it is worth the wait.
