Ask for Bob Connelley. Bob Connelley, of Abacus Plumbing, was personally recommended to us. Our experience with Bob was excellent. He's kind, honest, knowledgeable, experienced and a true professional. He was incredibly patient with my questions and even allowed me to see how things worked and view the gas line installation process.

It was a true pleasure and we are gladly going to continue the tradition of personally recommending Bob Connelley to others. He enjoys, appreciates and has much pride in his work and trade. When you have a problem in your home or business, he is exactly the person that you will feel the most confident and trusting in fixing and taking care of it for you. While you may pay more with Abacus Plumbing rates, you'll likely feel more confident about the quality of work and safety.

The work was completed the same day. We had a major leak in an upstairs bathtub that damaged our downstairs ceiling. Abacus came out within a few hours for the service call. Randy had great customer communications. He gave me several options. The work was completed the same day. I will definitely use this service again! I feel like I can trust all of his work and recommendations!

hanks to all for a great job and here's to year of hot baths. Lisa was very helpful and got service to my house faster than expected! She came through in a pinch. Carlos was quick and accurate and kinda funny which made the job go faster. Thanks to all for a great job and here's to year of hot baths.

Overcharges Highly. Agreed to their $50 truck roll fee (mistake). Plumbing guy that showed up was uniformed and neat, looked at the really easy job (snake a sink drain) and wanted to charge $385 (which is their book price, which they won't quote over the phone so they can charge you the $50). He offered to call the office for special pricing. I sent him on his way, at a $50 loss. Called Daniels Plumbing, they sent a guy the same day (no site charge) that fixed the problem for $140. Call Daniels Plumbing instead of these guys, Abacus has too much overhead and plays too much gamesmanship, like Conn's appliances.
