Strong Ritas with lots of flavor. I went to this cozy place on Woodway to find out that they enlarged the place by a 1/3. Place was jammed packed for a Friday nite as well. The wait was only 5 min and the Hostess was delightful! I was greeted at my table by the waiter who was very friendly and helpful on deciding on one of their famous Ritas. The fajitas and costillas were to AWESOME. It was a meat lovers meal. Tres Leche was also the best I ever had and come to find out they are daily!!!

Bad MANAGEMENT and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. This place *&*()!!! I've tried for two days and five (5) phone calls to get a menu faxed to me (they don't have a website) and still waiting! When eating there the service is horrible!! The margaritas are WEAK and they still charge $9.00. Outrageous! The food itself is good if over priced. NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

What's wrong with the staff?. You would think that a busy office that orders food several times a week to go would be receiving great customer service but we don't! I called several times to get a menu faxed as our office misplaced the previous one and this was too daunting of a task for the Woodlands location. If possible I recommend going to the midtown location--I have yet to be dissapointed by the fabulous staff there. And did I mention how good the food is? Very good...a shame that other locations do not share the same level of customer committment.

Worst Management Ever. We have been dining at Cyclone Anaya's for over 2 years now and wish to inform you that we will never be back again. I have never been so disgusted with the customer service we received last Friday. The manager was very inattentive, slow to come to the scene, uninvolved, and disrespectful regarding a whole tray of sodas being spilled on me. My outfit was practically ruined, our meal was trashed, our food ended up being cold, and all the manager was willing to compensate was a free drink?!? The fact that he even questioned that a drink had been spilled and that he stated that it was nobody's fault was absurd! The only good thing out of the ordeal was our waitress, who so graciously took care of us throughout it. She was not even the one that spilled the drinks, but she tried to clean up the mess of the one that did. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Alot of families inside. Great food and margaritas. HH is only 3-6 M-F.... I think to make room for families coming to eat dinner. Great patio!!!!!!!!

The Best in Houston!. Cyclone Anaya's is the BEST Mexican restaurant in Houston - hand's down! I discovered the restaurant when our offices moved to Woodway - and now our office eats there at least twice a week! Everything is fabulous - the chips and salsa, the food, the service, and the atmosphere! The staff is always on top of everything and always smiling. They also offer complimentary valet parking. The food is not like any other I have ever had - everytime we go, we hate to leave! Go just once - and you will be hooked!

Best mexican food. I love coming here for lunch or dinner--the seafood enchiladas are great, so is the tres leches. Honestly, I have never had a bad meal here. The drinks are goods, chips and salsa are excellent--I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good place to eat. Sometimes it's a little noisy when people bring their kids--which I don't recommend doing.

Best gallon sized frozen Margaritas in the city!!. The service is attentive and prompt. On weekends it gets packed so plan on waiting for a table.

They do use a Guest Paging system , you know those coasters with LED's that blink when your table is ready and that helps.

great food..... Had dinner last night at this restaurant. The food was delicious and filling. We had the cheese dip with meat as appetizer and we ate it all! The menu does not have a lot of options as some other restaurants but the taste of the food makes up for it. The atmosphere is that of a very social place to have like group get togetheres.

Great food!. I love the enchiladas at this place. I go here quite often since it's close to my house and I can never get enough of the chips and salsa. The restrooms are always clean and the service is good. Good place for lunch.
