Save MoneyHappy hour on Mondays through Thursdays runs from 4pm to 10pm. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays have happy hour from noon until 8pm.
What to DrinkWhen in Rome ... or Greece rather ... try one of the house specialty drinks that feature Greek ouzo. The Ouzotini contains ouzo, vodka, lime juice and peach schnapps while the Ouzotanic keeps it simple with ouzo, tonic and lime juice.

My boyfriend and I decided to have dinner here one day after work after checking out the reviews on here and seeing the low-priced menu. We walked in and stood around for a while since no one greeted us. Finally grabbing a table, we sat around some more while trying to figure out if there was table service. My boyfriend then went up to the bar just in time to hear the two ladies behind it having a vivid discussion with lots of curse words although she apologized and gave him menus. After giving our order at the bar, the bartender brings us styrofoam plates and plastic dinnerware. We ordered a tzatziki with pita appetizer plate for $5 that came with 6 little triangles of pita and a side of tzatziki in a plastic container. I said, isn't this what you would usually get as a side for gyros? Ok, whatever. Then our order of gyros and souvlaki come on styrofoam plates. The souvlaki was $6 for 3 skewers and came with 3 pieces of french bread. These items tasted all right but the portions were just so small. It was such a disappointment coming to Byzantio and in then end we really just said, spend a little more and stick with Niko Niko's!!
Pros: Probably fun as a bar at night
Cons: Service is terrible, portions are small for the price

This Greek bar is classy without being overly pretentious. The decor is unlike most bars you'll find in town. Be sure to take a closer look at the photography on the walls -- it's really good. An earlier review of mine hinted at a recent bad experience, but hopefully that was just an off night, as this place has long been a favorite, especially on quieter nights (it can get very busy on belly dancer nights).
