Heights Massage & Day Spa

Calling all bodies, calling all bodies, this is an alert! Be on the lookout for one hot momma in Houston. It's going to be me! Why? It's called Endermologie and it's called Heights Massage & Day Spa. I've gone to a few places for cellulite treatments- specifically endermologie and never before have I received the results I receive here. The technicians are not only talented, but they each bring their own technique to the table. This is the main reason I like this place other than the fact that I am achieving results of course. There is more than one worker and I can get in either early mornings or evenings and weekends too. I like trying out different people because what one misses, the other one gets. They're all good, it's in the details. They showed me how to engage parts of my body and assist in my 'recovery', and no where else have I looked this good in a short period of time. Be mindful, however. Let me give you a few tibits on making your money go further: ask for their special introductory deal and BE SURE you have the time to commit to the treatments or else it will be the same as going to the gym and only working out once a month vs. going a couple times a week or you'll be wasting your money. You're not going to see the same results (this is something they clued me in on too!) if you only go once a week or once a month. You have to go in at least every other day to get results. Lastly, drink a lot of water. I mean a lot. of water! I am drink a little more than half my bodyweight in oz of water and I know I'm still not getting enough in me- but that is one of my keys to success. I've told my friends down at the gym I work out at because I was getting compliments on my legs. Now my boyfriend's convinced and he's going there to get his midsection worked out. (He's in pretty good shape but he needs help with his love handles-don't tell him I said that.) ja ja ja---

Pros: it's like exercise for my skin

I called and booked an appointment for me and my friends who were in town for a get together. We are from all parts of the globe- Mexico, Venezuela and Spain. We heard of lash extensions but can not get them where we live. I did research and asked many questions both on the phone and by email. Since we knew we were coming to the USA, we looked for spas in NY, CA and TX (where we have family) and none could show me samples of their work except for here. This spa spoke with me at length and gave me quite an education. I asked other spas in different cities if they knew of a place to get lashes done while in Houston (and NY and CA). While most said they did not know, I was surprised when quite a few mentioned the same place- "go to this little spa in Houston" and "it's hard to find but they're very good". I had to find it. I drove up to this house and had to call to be sure I was at the right place. The receptionist assured me to look for the logo on the front door. We went inside. From the outside you can not tell what the inside looks like. Very comfortable and pretty. We filled out the paperwork and then my friends went in first. When they reappeared, my jaw dropped. The looked fantastic! I then called my husband to come in too, to get his lashes permed. My husband took my perm spot because I decided I would rebook and get lash extensions too. My girlfriend from Venezuela said she could not feel them. I brought her outdoors in better lightening to see them up close. I could not tell they weren't her own lashes! They made a huge difference in the way she looked. All she needs now is just lipstick! My husband's lashes were given a "manly" natural curve and he agreed that his looked good as well. He suggested I book an appointment for my three brothers to also come in and get their lashes permed. We all agree- we are hooked. We decided we were going to fly the lash therapists to our place in Mexico and line up our friends and family for lashes too.

Pros: Quality, Education, Skill

Cons: They're not located in my city (yet!)
