I was looking to spoil myself so I called Heights Massage & Day Spa to set up my day of facial and massage bliss. I'll admit I was a hesitant when Amber recommended a male massage therapist but after she assured me that he gave an amazing deep tissue massage I decided to jump on the bandwagon.

When I arrived my deep tissue massage was scheduled first. I asked Kelle to focus on my legs/shoulders since I've been working long hours and trying to squeeze in as much gym time as I can. He went to work and to say he did an amazing job is an understatement. I've had several deep tissue massages in Houston but this was by far the best one yet! In fact, I decided to schedule another appointment in two weeks to help keep my muscles nice and limber.

Next up was a facial.....Jamie Sue came in and the day of pampering continued. She was knowledgable and helped me decide which treatments would be best for my skin type. She went to work and I came out of the room glowing. My skin was completely refreshed and squeaky clean.

Kudos to Jamie Sue and Kelle for making my much needed day of pampering well worth it!

This place is very subdued, you have to know where it is. Very cozy and relaxing. The best massage I have ever had - seriously. I had a sciatic nerve issue yesterday and called for an appointment for the evening - I got an appointment with Susana and told her my issues - she was very attentive and definitely hit the spot - plus some. She tailored my massage to my needs and today I have no pain and am feeling great! Susana gave me some stretching tips to avoid this problem again and I truly appreciated that. If you are looking for a great massage and a relaxing atmosphere - this is it. I will never get a massage anyplace else.

This is a great place in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and will work hard to get you the time and the therapist you request. The massages are fairly priced and the atmosphere is relaxed. My wife and I go about once a month for a massage and it is well worth it.

Great service and expert staff, and thanks to Belinda’s efforts over a number of sessions I no longer have lower back problems! Belinda provided exactly the treatments I needed, and now I’m pain free. Highly recommended.

I just had my eyelashes permed for the first time at Heights Massage. It was a great experience and the results were amazing. Extremely relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and get a massage!

After ranting on for almost the past week about how AMAZING my facial was last Thursday ( to pretty much everyone I have come into contact with) , I have decided to now share with you all my experience at Heights Massage. Last week on 8/2/2012 after much contemplation on where to get a facial since my regular spot Facelogic was all booked, a friend and I decided to give Heights Massage a try after reading and hearing a few great things about it. We called and immediately heard a friendly welcoming voice that let us know there were 2 openings. We arrived about an hour before our scheduled appointment, and were given a glass of wine and a bottle of water to relax out back by the pool. This definitely put is in a very relaxing mood for our facial. Florinda later came out to get me and my Friend with the young lady who did her facial as well, they talked to us about our skin, as well as wants and needs. Once our facial began, I WAS IN HEAVEN!!! Florinda’s technique was gentle yet effective, which was important to me because I have left facials red and swollen for days. This was not at all the case here! I was relaxed and completely pampered and my face is still glowing and radiant a week later. This by far was the best facial I have ever had and immediately scheduled a four-week follow up as I paid for my services. I want to try the massage treatments there and plan on going this week or next. I recommend this place to everyone and wanted to share with you all how great this place is, in case you’re like me and read tons of reviews before trying something or going somewhere. If you give Heights Massage a chance you will not regret it!

Great Esthetician. It is rare that you go to a spa to get a facial and find a well informed Esthetician. After going to Heights Massage & Day Spa for several services, I finally booked my first facial and was not super pleased with my results however, I learned that that particular esthetician would no longer be working there and on my second facial I was introduced to Jessica. She is passionate about what she does and has taken the time to research products and their affect on our skin and bodies. I have been receiving facials for over 4 years regularly due to hormone related skin problems and it really takes a knowledgeable person to be able to work on my skin and actually see/maintain results. The 5 star rating I am giving is based solely on my experience with my facial and Jessica.

There are a few things like lighting and temperature control that seem to always be an issue whatever service I am getting and I think the owners may want to consider remodeling a bit. Also, I have had waxing services done several times but lately it has turned out to be more painful than necessary because the strips being used were so cheap they kept ripping and not coming off properly. This caused major skin irritations in several parts of my body. That being said, I would rate this spa overall at a 3.5-4 for not having proper lighting and ordering low quality products. Please buy a higher quality of strips or I cannot continue to get waxing services done at your spa.
