Worst Spa. If you want great service, go elsewhere. The cashier was so rude, she ruined the trip. She made us wait ten minutes while she finished a gossip-bit with her friend and then she decided to actually work. She then critiqued the way we tip - here's a tip: if you want to be a tip snob, build in gratuity or choose a profession that doesn't rely on tips. There are so many other wonderful spas in Houston, don't waste your time or money on this place.

Floating on Clouds. I received a gift certificate and decided to try out the spa experience. I had passed bu the salon a few times but never had a chance to go in. From the moment I walked in the door, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I had spent the whole day indulging in massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. I felt like I was floating on clouds when the girls were done with me. It was an unbelievable experience!! The girls were friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, and very well mannered. I had a great time and I can wait to go back!

hardly felt pampered. Went here with the expectation of a "pampering" experience, but found nothing of the nature. The staff was unattentive, i had to wait 30 mins for my appointment (and it wasn't crowded), and the service was mediocre. there are much better spa and salon choices in that area for a much better price.

worst spa experience. this place is horrible. The staff is inexperienced, rude, and unprofessional. The woman that waxed my eyebrows riped off my skin and also dropped hot wax on my lip. I did not get a single apology from her or from the management. it's overpriced too.

Worth Every Penny. I've been to several spas in Houston and surrounding areas and this one is the best by-far. The service providers are so friendly and sweet and the whole spa is just a beautiful place to escape to. The prices aren't as high as some of the other places I've been to and it was a way better experience. It was worth every penny!

Beautiful Place, Excellent Service. I visited this place for a massage and it was wonderful! I didn't know a massage could be that great!! The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable it felt like I was in Heaven. I highly recommend this spa/salon and I just bought the membership so I I can't wait to use all the other services.

Pampered without pretentiousness. I have visited this salon twice in the past few months and I really like it. I've been to a lot of salons and there are a lot of them out there. I think this salon is different because not only is it beautiful, it's comfortable! It's not snobby or pretentious like many upscale salons. The girls that did my pedicure, manicure, massage, and hair cut were very down to earth, friendly and did a great job.

Not Worth The Price. The spa prices are around $15 more than those considered the best in the city. As a new spa, they are still going through some growing pains. The main desk can be a bit hectic when you're trying to pay with so many people around you. Better to give the bill like at a restaurant - at your chair or in the spa room. The esthetician kept trying to sell more products and services to me which is annoying, though my $45 haircut and style was worth every penny. Everyone has complimented my on it. Ask for Shiva!!! Remember to ask if they have specials, I did and I saved a bunch.
