Gigantic warehouse district cafe functions as an Internet / gamer hangout and performance space.. The Scene
The term cafe is quite an understatement when it comes to this sprawling space. The patio alone is bigger than most coffee houses. Up front, a mixed crowd chats at two-person tables while sipping $5 pitchers of Bud Light or chugging 16-ounce espressos. Groups of teens entertain themselves playing marathon sessions of Counter Strike. Others are more interested in grooving to reggae, techno and hip hop blaring from DJ Zak's decks.

The Draw
Think of this as a sort of Generation Y social club where the owners play friendly hands of poker in the back room and local artists paint in the front. The menu is slightly dull, but the taquitos make up for the lack of choices. For dessert, don't miss out on the delectable fried cheesecake. Its browned crispy shell is a perfect complement to the mouth-watering ricotta base inside.
