Time for change!. Change in this company is needed. Or a different company will squeeze you out. The spray tan units are not

always working right and usually you do not find out until you are actually in it.

The customer service at this location might be hit or miss but at others it is pathetic. They are too busy talking to friends or on there phones. Watch out if there is only one counter person because they will be running back and forth and you could be waiting.

Also, it just seems to me that corners are being cut on the "level" of tan you get in the actual bulb units.

This is my opinion and I have used them occasionally for over 10 years.

I love tanninggggg!!. I love that this location is only 2 minutes from my apartment. They also have a better level 5 bed than most other locations and lots of rooms so I never have to wait.

Tansie loves to Tan. I went to the location off Memorial the young lady at the front desk Christina was very informative. Never pushy. She knew her stuff. After the tour of the facility she handed me a custom Tan Plan.. and advised me to call 713-22TAN-ME to give my opinion. I got an answering machine with a lovely voice that said to leave a message...sooo I did. I got a call back from an older woman, (Not very Pleasant) it seemed I wasted her time. I told her I was told to call and give my opinion. She said "why didn't you go online and leave a comment?" She gave me the website and said go to contact. And that was pretty much what I did. Anyway...she must have had a bad day. One thing I have to note...It was a clean and awesome place.

Quick & Painless. I had never been to a tanning bed before in my life- and knew very little about the whole process. The girls there are very knowledgeable & friendly. They don't try to high-pressure-sales you, either. That's the thing I like the most. I don't have to purchase the most expensive of anything- but they are clear on which products work best with which skin types... in other words, they've helped me get my tan deliciously darque!
